Alexander first wanted to know what I was looking for in a home—which caused me to realize that I really didn’t know. Recognizing this caused me to set about making a list of things that I wanted.
Using my list, Alexander produced a list of possibilities, which we started visiting. After seeing some of those properties, it caused me to somewhat rethink my list—particularly how my list of expectations might be met in my price range.
As we saw some of the places on the market, I wasn’t certain what would cause me to want to choose any one of them. Alexander didn’t seem to be upset with me for my indecision—since he realized that I needed to live in the place he was helping me find.
After a short period of time one of the properties seemed within my price range, as well as meeting most of my criteria for a new home. Closing escrow went quickly. Within a month or so after starting my search, I was the owner of new living quarters—facilitated with Alexander’s able help.
